Very comfortable hotel

Steamer is a great idea. Very comfortable bed with hard mattress.

Lack of balcony. Conditioner bottle was empty and cleaning did not check it to refill for 2 days.

Nice hotel in a good location

We had a nice room and enjoyed the terrace / garden at the back to rest after a long day. The constant availability of a taxi in front of the door also made it easy to move around.

The property is clean, lush and very comfortable. It is a little bit of a walk to the metro that takes you to the train station. The price seemed expensive.

It’s a ways to the train station/metro and the price is high, but it is very nice

Excellent clean, comfortable, convenient stay in Madrid.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable, Excellent water pressure and shower head system. Welcome drinks and chu ches for guests upon check in, and some time during the day also after exploring. Friendly helpful staff. Small but very thoughtful selection of breakfast items. No complains.

Air conditioning was giving us trouble but nothing to warrant a real complaint. Well, maybe a microwave would have been nice in our unit.

Very nice accommodations. Good location. All the niceties of a higher end hotel.

Beautifully appointed entrance, lobby, hallways and room. Very welcoming and professional reception. The premium room was spacious with a nice separation between the entry and bedroom. Was able to work at my laptop at the generous desk and then retreat to the bistro sitting area in front of the windows to enjoy my coffee. Their was also a sleeper sofa which we didn’t use but appreciated the extra seating. The roomy shower was fabulous with a rainfall and handheld option. The bathtub also had a separate handheld shower head to rinse off after bathing. The small face wash cloths were a pleasant surprise. Air conditioning was especially appreciated as the outside tenps were courting the low 100s f.

The shower water spilled over onto the outer floor, regardless of how careful we were. The room was not as soundproof as expected. I could clearly hear conversations, doors closing and other sounds.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed

Absolutely perfect. The best hotel I’ve stayed in my life. The staff were extremely polite, especially Alvaro at the reception and Azucena at the restaurant. Room was fantastic, beds were amazing, bathroom and shower were incredible. The gym was amazing too. Hotel is very easy to access either by taxi or subway. I absolutely recommend this hotel and whenever I come back to Madrid, I most definitely would checkin again.

Nice hotel, good facilities

Lovely hotel. We had a big room at a cost which I thought was reasonable. Hotel staff were polite (not overly-friendly). The bed was comfortable and we were pleased to see welcome sweets left for us. Location was fine - a 25 minutes or so walk into Sol.

No material complaints. The breakfast could have had more options but was adequate.

neat, tidy room... nice bathroom with great lighting. Wonderful breakfast buffet with exceptional service staff. The roof top area is breathtaking! Worth the stay just to see that view!
